The Technology for Sustainable Social Impact (TS2) Accelerator is a highly customised venture development programme designed to empower bold, impact-driven start-ups on their path to sustainable growth. With a small cohort size and tailored support, founders and their management teams will gain access to a rich network of mentors, investors, and impact professionals over an intensive 10-week journey.
TS2 supports technology start-ups that create human-centred social impact in Singapore. Start-ups at varying levels of technological engagement—from deep tech to light and low tech—are eligible to participate and scale their businesses while amplifying their impact.

Individualised Support
Our programme integrates a carefully curated curriculum with a customised development plan, tailored to the unique needs of each start-up.
Designed with an impact-first approach, the curriculum combines essential elements of business, leadership, and governance to support venture building.
Access to grant funding
TS2 will support the selected start-ups with a grant of up to SGD100,000.
To qualify for the grant, the start-up is required to register as a member of raiSE.

Eligibility
TS2 invites technology-based start-ups with innovative solutions that create human-centered social impact, and fulfil the following requirements to apply:-
- Creates social impact in Singapore (i.e. beneficiaries are based in Singapore)
- Registered as a legal entity in Singapore, excluding Sole Proprietorships and Limited Partnerships
- Has at least a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and has completed market validation
- Led by a founding team of at least two members
- Demonstrates (or has the potential to demonstrate) contributions in one or more human-centred impact areas for beneficiary groups:
- Inclusive employment opportunities
- Improving physical, mental & social health, wellness, and safety
- Economic empowerment through increasing financial inclusion and financial security
- More equitable access to education opportunities and digital literacy
- Demonstrates the potential to scale both business & impact beyond Singapore
- Incorporates a technology component in the solution or business model. Start-ups with varying levels of technological engagement are eligible, ranging from deep tech to light and low tech..
