raiSE EnergiSE Sprint: 20 - 22 July 2026
The raiSE EnergiSE Sprint is an invitation-only, hands-on experience designed for shortlisted applicants as part of the programme's selection process. Designed for early-stage founders, participants can expect three intensive days of stress-testing assumptions, refining business models and strengthening their impact approach through expert guidance.
By the end of the Sprint, participants will leave with a clearer articulation of their impact and business model, a stronger foundation across core business and impact fundamentals, and a well-developed pitch to take forward. Top applicants from the cohort will be shortlisted to present for final selection.
Full commitment across all three days is expected. Applicants are encouraged to block out 20 to 22 July 2026 upon submission of application, in the event they are selected to proceed.
*raiSE reserves the right to adjust the Sprint dates if necessary. Shortlisted participants will be informed of any changes at least 2 weeks in advance, unless due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Future of Families
Starting a family is one of life's most meaningful decisions, but for many Singaporeans, the environment around that decision feels more daunting than enabling. Financial uncertainty, career pressures, and shifting lifestyle expectations are shaping if and when people choose parenthood, often in ways that delay or discourage it.
We’re looking for solutions that empower Singaporeans to step into parenthood with greater confidence by delivering practical support that strengthens family formation and addresses real, lived challenges across the parenthood journey.
The early years of marriage are the most formative and the most overlooked. Yet this is precisely when the habits, communication patterns, and financial foundations that shape a marriage for decades are being set. With the right support, couples can build resilience before the hard moments arrive.
We're looking for solutions that equips and support couples early with practical tools that help them grow together through the pressures of modern married life.
Generational differences in values, social norms, and lifestyles can quietly strain the relationships between parents, children, and grandparents, even in families that are close. Meaningful connection across generations doesn't always come naturally; it often needs to be intentionally nurtured.
We're looking for solutions that help bridge these gaps by building mutual understanding, improving communication, and creating stronger, more resilient family relationships.
Future of Work
As rapid technological disruption, particularly in AI and automation, reshapes the labour market, the risk of structural unemployment grows for those in traditional or lower-wage roles. For chronically unemployed individuals and vulnerable groups, the barriers to re-entry are not just a lack of skills, but a lack of accessible and inclusive pathways that account for their unique life constraints.
We're looking for solutions that bridge this gap by making upskilling and reskilling accessible, relevant, and connected to meaningful employment outcomes.
Talent may be evenly distributed but opportunity is not. Individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds often start further back, with less access to education, fewer connections, and thinner safety nets to take risks. The gap between potential and outcome remains stubbornly wide.
We're looking for solutions that close this gap at scale by building real capabilities and connecting people to opportunities they can actually reach.
Many Singaporeans, including persons with disabilities, seniors, and those from underserved communities, are not fully participating in economic life. Often, this isn't a reflection of their ability or ambition, but of how workplaces, hiring processes, and everyday products and services have been designed. There is real opportunity to do better.
We're looking for solutions that reimagine how we design for people by making workplaces, products, and services more accessible and inclusive, so that more Singaporeans can contribute and thrive.
Future of Care
While Singapore has achieved one of the highest life expectancies globally, the transition from "lifespan" to "healthspan" remains a critical challenge. Many seniors face a "longevity paradox": living longer but spending a significant portion of those years in ill health or social isolation.
Seniors seek to maintain independence, dignity, and social connectedness as they age but there are gaps in affordable and customised products or services that support seniors in daily living, health management, and social engagement.
We're looking for solutions that are practical, human-centred, and built around what seniors actually need to live with dignity and purpose.
Everyday life is full of systems, products, and services that work well, but not for everyone. People navigating disabilities, or mental health challenges often encounter barriers that others don't notice, simply because diverse needs weren't part of the original design. Inclusion, when it exists, is frequently an add-on rather than a starting point.
We are seeking solutions that shift this mindset by designing products and services from the ground up with diverse needs in mind, enabling individuals to participate more fully and independently in everyday life.
Demand for social services in Singapore is rising and diversifying, but the organisations tasked with meeting that demand are stretched thin. SSAs face a compounding challenge: growing caseloads, talent shortages, limited technology adoption, and pressure to prove their impact, often all at once.
We're looking for solutions that ease this burden, whether by streamlining operations, building staff capability, enabling smarter use of technology, or helping agencies measure and communicate their impact more effectively.
